1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Shivam Courier & Cargo Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our services.
2. Service Scope
Shivam Courier provides logistics and cargo services including Air, Rail, and Road transport. The minimum weight for train cargo is 50 kg, and for air cargo, it is 10 kg. Operational metrics and rates are subject to change based on actual weight and volume.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery and pickup services are available within a 10 km radius of our physical offices. Customers are responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation (Invoices, GST details) is provided before loading.
4. Liability & Insurance
Shivam Courier is not responsible for loss, damage, or burn to consignments by third-party carriers (Railways, Airlines). Insurance is available at 2% of the actual value of goods. Without insurance, claims are limited to 30% of the value.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made in advance at the loading point. All payments should be made via cheque or authorized digital channels in favor of 'ShivamCourierCargo'.
